SoundMate for SoundCloud App Reviews

I really love this app because SoundCloud is what I primarily use to listen to music. This makes it super convenient to listen to music and skip, pause, or go back. That’s the thing, though: it’s only good for listening to music. When it comes to browsing the UI is super laggy and I just end up going to the actual site to browse and manage playlists. Also, I’d price this at $1.99 most, it’s too simple for $4.99.

The “Flash Player” bug is getting worse and worse as more songs are affected. Definitely need to fix this, the app is perfect in every other way but I’ve been missing out on every other new song because of this. Fix = 5 stars.

I regularly listen to SoundCloud, so this app does the job really well. However, I have 2 gripes: 1. I prefer it when the app is docked to the menu bar. Whenever I restart my computer, it’s undocked, and I have to manually re-dock the app… 2. It freezes, CONSTANTLY. When I’m typing something in the search bar, I sometimes have to exit the app and re-enter it to resume typing. It’s a really weird bug that I hope gets addressed in the future. Other than that, I love the keyboard shortcuts! This app is really convenient!
