Nice so far, a Retina Icon at least would be nice :) Good Work

… a BACK and FORWARD button - like in Safari - would be nice (I already know right mouse click does the same).

I used to love Soundmate but under Yosemite, the App contineously demands about 80-90% of my CPU. This makes it just impossible to keep Soundmate running as the whole systems starts lagging! PLEASE fix this! :))

Won’t let me log in or sign up with my Google+ account which already has all my playlists and songs on it. Just ends up in a blank screen. Waste of $4.99.

This is the perfect app for any soundcloud user. It lets you do everything that is on the regular website flawlessly. Having the possibility to control your soundcloud music with the Apple Media Keys is simply awesome. You won’t be disappointed!

I’d love a way to hotkey favouriting a track, or hotkey to add to a certain playlist. Functionalities like these would make this go from a 4 star rating to 5 stars.

This app is a simple wrapper around the website app. It requires you to open up quicktime so pressing the play media key doesn’t automatically open up itunes. Since the only benefit of this app is that it lets you use media keys, it’s a pretty big waste of money.

Works well. Definitely worth the price if you listen to SoundCloud regularly. ( Wish List (in rough order of priority): - Notification Center support when tracks change - Customizable keyboard shortcuts - Disallow making window narrower than SoundCloud supports - Show play/pause/next controls when the page is in narrow mode (either in the title bar, or my manipulating the page) - Ability to suppress the Dock icon - Some kind of helper app or prefpane that forwards the native media keys to the application I really like being able to attach the window to the menu bar icon (great icon btw).

This app dosent work! When I click to play a file, nothing happens. My advice to the developers is to make sure that it works before charging money. I got ripped off...

After using the app for a couple of days I like it a lot. It is unique in what it does. Why I rated it 5 stars, lets see: 1. This is a very fast and snappy full soundcloud experience in a floating window that you can dock to the top menu bar icon and make disappear if you wish. You can manage your soundcloud account and even upload new sounds. A full experience. Period. 2. Keyboard shortcuts make it very easy to stop, go back or skip songs. Going back a couple of songs tend to stop playing for me. right clicking anywhere in the window and clicking “reload” refreshes the page and now that sound can play. 3. There is no other app avaialbe at least on the mac app store that gives a similar experience. That is why I gave it 5 stars.

why not use on keyboard controls for next/previous track… instead of command + option + arrow?

A lovely and easy to use software. But using SoundCloud too difficult in China.

Key point is your can control the playback using shortcut which is nice

It works as good as atPill, another music fm application from the same developer. I like the feature of "attach to the menuba”, which improves the UX significantly.
